Ramat Hay'il is a neighborhood in the northeast of Tel Aviv; One of the Evar Yarakon neighborhoods. Near the neighborhood is the Eber Yarkon industrial area, which is a center for various hi-tech companies, and is sometimes also referred to as "Ramat Ha'il".
