Really interesting concept, a collaboration by IKEA and Tine (a Norwegian dairy). Everything inside is from IKEA, while all the food contains products from Tine. The food is both extremely tasty and cheap, so a lot of young people hang out here during the day. Recommended if you want to try some pretty classic Norwegian breakfast food.

Low-key café made in collaboration with IKEA. Popular among students and older people, for some reason.
