It's a Library! If you're here with kids, or just want a place to relax in quiet and use some pretty good, free wifi, come to the Avon Park Library. It's sunny, cool, friendly and has an awesome kid's book section. You can't check them out unless you're a Heartland Coop Member, but you can sit with your little one(s) and read aloud for hours, or plug them in to the pretty good educational computer games set up at stations (tip: bring headphones, or they'll have to play without sound!) Closed Sundays and Mondays. Tell the librarians Rachel Brooker says hi. :) Next door is the Friends of the Library bookstore, where most books cost a quarter. Go see if they're open!
