This gastronomic restaurant is so far the best quality/price ratio I found. It is inside the Bristol Hotel, just next to the lake. For big occasions and you can have nice experience for arround 50chf per person (cheap for a gastro in Geneva)

Le restaurant de l'hôtel récompensé de 16 points sur 20 au Gault & Millau, vous accueille du mardi au vendredi midi et soir, ainsi que les lundis soir et samedi soir. Un voucher de CHF 10.-sera offert aux clients de l'hôtel pour un dîner de plus de CHF 40.-
