Best Apple Fritters Ever (Cashmere) Sure-to-Rise Bakery will redefine what the phrase “quality donut”means to you. Never overly sweet, their flavors and dough are worth writing home about. You cannot fail with any of their baked goods. But my favorite, by far, are the apple fritters.
