With 150 lakes set over 40 square miles, the Cotswold Water Park offers loads of activities for everyone. Decide what it is you would like to do, ie Kayaking, Rowing, High Ropes, or just sitting by a lake with a picnic. The Cotswold Water Park Trust is a charity which manages the beautiful Cotswold Water Park – an area of 40 square miles, with more than 150 lakes set across the countryside of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire. We do much more than look after the tourism potential of our area – including estate management, biodiversity protection, conservation and wildlife protection.

Cotswold Water Park & Beach www.waterpark.org This was formed from two gravel extraction lakes some 40 years ago and are now filled by clean natural ground water with lots of wildlife to spot. There is a viewing gallery in the smart Millenium Building which has shops, toilet and a café. There is a family beach and play area and water based sports such as Zorbing, Pedalo hire and boating. It is also possible to hire bicycles locally and there are plenty of places to walk along the rural footpaths and lanes.
