Wanna go for a hike or mountain bike ride? Check out our greenbelt. If we're not in a drought, there's water in the creeks. If you want to do this, call me and I'll tell you where to drop in.

Great nearby hiking and rock-climbing. Good for swimming and tubing when there's water.

Great getaway within the city. Trail starts at the western end of Barton Springs Pool parking lot. During wet years, creek flows and explains why the area was originally settled. Cool cliffs and swimming holes abound. Plenty of spots to find your own boulder to sun and take a cooling dip. Awesome!

If the creek is running this is a great way to spend a lazy day during hot times or do a hike in the cool season. This is also the location of The Hill of Life so expect to be a little out of breath at the end. Take plenty of water. No glass and don't throw piggy butts you will start a fire!!
