Our clients had been asking us for the past 7 years about a restaurant in Haileybury. We tried to get someone opening one. Finally, we decided to open our own restaurant. It has a been a very difficult project but we are very proud of what we've been able to create with our team. The restaurant was inspired from the S.S. Meteor that sailled on Lake Temiskaming for 40 years. There was two dining room on the ship. This is what we tried to reproduce with the Café and the Bistro. We are very lucky to leave in a agricultural region. We try to source many of our products from both side of Lake Temiskaming. For example, all of the food from the bison & brochetta is 40 km diet.
