Hidden away between Newport and Fishguard, a peaceful place to explore ancient woodland. From here you can park at Sychpant and head up to the Carn Ingli and Bedd Morris, or stay in the valley and follow the footpath along the river and see if you can find the waterfall. Stumble across Bessie's pub (Dyfryn arms) and you're in for a unique experience - I'm not saying any more!

Our local "magic valley" -- deep and spectacular, and in places more like a gorge. A windy narrow road, so don't drive along it if you are in a hurry! Many traditions of supernatural happenings.....
