There is a great playground on the south end. At the north end is a zoo. The beach has been rated in the top ten of USA beaches.

Directly in front of The Lakeview. Head down to the beach! Walk south to the long pier for fishing, or walk north past the dunes and take the path toward the beautiful North Bay residential area.

Nationally Top-Rated Fresh Water Beach right here in Racine Wisconsin! Expansive sand beach with oasis, volley ball nets, and large playground.

NORTH BEACH, 100 Kewaunee St., is Wisconsin's first beach to be designated as a Certified Blue Wave clean beach by the National Clean Beaches Council and was most recently voted #4 in USA Today's 2016 Reader's Choice 10 Best Freshwater Beaches. North Beach has also previously appeared within the Top 10 Family Friendly Beaches listed compiled by Parents magazine, was one of USA Today's 51 Great American Beaches, was featured in Midwest Living magazine, and nationally known expert Dr. Stephen Leatherman, nicknamed "Dr. Beach", honorably mentioned North Beach as being the most improved Great Lakes Beach.
