Chef Tom Kitchin and The Kitchin Group team have brought the ever popular ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy to Edinburgh’s southside. This neighbourhood bistro, Southside Scran, features an open Maestro Rotisserie grill showcasing the best of Scotland’s produce with daily specials and a menu inspired by family dining that is all about sharing. The dining room features warm green tones with brass accents and rustic wooden floors in a nod to traditional French bistros. During the day, large street-facing windows allow the natural light to flood through and as evening draws in, candlelight and a roaring fireplace give a more intimate and cosy feel to the restaurant.
