This true-to-Japanese style ramen house is my favorite in town. They even have a vegetarian ramen bowl.

www.facebook.com/tetsumenhawaii/ Traditional noodle house with excellent customer service and large portions. Erin likes Plenty Vegetables miso ramen, with soft noodles and fried garlic. The Manono Marketplace also has Hawaiian Style Café, Miyo's Restaurant and other shops.

Delicious and very fresh, this is a great place to go after a long day of hiking, when you want to fuel up! Highly recommended and beloved by locals.
