This is where you can view a large hikers map painted on the wall, plus take a free walking map for yourself. The Tavern has an open log fire. Pub style meals. Kid friendly, some outdoor seating.

A lovely cosy pub with a good selection of meals including vegetarian and vegan. It’s a great place to come for a cold one after hiking on Mt Wellington.
