After visiting the beaches or the Olympia shipwreck located on the southwest side of Amorgos, it is worthwhile to stay and try the traditional dishes that Pyrgos has to offer. Named after the ruins of an ancient castle that can be found nearby, Pyrgos together with the delicious dishes, offers a unique scenery and tranquility.
