UBER services are limited in the City of Gatineau You can catch a ride with Uber from Ottawa to Gatineau and be dropped off in Gatineau. However, UBER is not allowed to come pick you up in Gatineau. All customer pickups must be serviced by calling Bob Taxi or Taxi Loyal to Ottawa.
