A brewery with indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy a wide selection of beers and ciders. This is a good place to stop on your way here or out of town if you live North of Charlottesville.

Out in the country and kid friendly. They have a great play area with a play ship and fort and a sandbox. They have a kitchen and sell burgers and fries and such. Great mountain views for enjoying the outdoor seating in the warmer seasons. We sometimes bring comfortable folding chairs but they have picnic tables out back and tables and chairs around the side and front porches. There is also seating inside and a small children’s play space.

Old Trade is a family-owned, family-friendly rural operation located in historic Brandy Station. They have an onsite tasting room where you can try hand-crafted beer, cider, and wine. There is no shortage of things to do at Old Trade, including live music, playground, and axe throwing stations!
