Around Utrecht you can find a lot of forts. Fort aan de Klop is one of them. It's a nice bike trip along the river Vecht.

Old fortification in the line of defence. Now you can enjoy a drink in the sun, a great BBQ and even stay the night. Nice placwe to go on a bike tour from Utrecht following the river up.

Old fort of the Historische Waterlinie, where you can have a bite. Definitely most intesting location for dining in the neighborhood

For the second time we transform Fort on the Klop during Pentecost into a colorful festival site with the atmosphere of an old village fair. A party for families with children from 2 to 12 years. But also adults have been thought, including with different performances.
