Because it's incredible food here! They serve Thai dishes that are inspired by dishes royalty would eat and they fly in fresh fruits and vegetables from Thailand every single day to Toronto Pearson Airport to be used in their cocktails and dishes. You wont be disappointed, but you probably need a reservation.
