Description The Puerto Princesa Cathedral, also known as the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the city of Puerto Princesa, Palawan in western Philippines. The church’s history could be traced back to 1872 when Spanish missionaries celebrated Puerto Princesa City’s very first Mass in the location where the cathedral presently stands. The church was subsequently constructed and was completed after almost a century. It was named after Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, the patroness of Puerto Princesa City.
