I didn't know this was called Franklin "cafe" until I just added it. It's really just a trendy bar. Dark atmosphere, sometimes hard to get into. Locals.

Dinner only intimate spot. Season specific menu, but the steak frites are always a staple. Best for couples and parties of two.
