Step back in time to the Edwardian Era- Steam Trains are always very popular. This heritage Railway runs from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth along the beautiful Severn Valley. Why not stop off at Bewdley for Lunch??

The famous Severn Valley Steam Railway makes a wonderful day out. You can catch the steam train from Kidderminster (next to the main railway station) and travel to Bridgnorth or any of the stations inbetween . The Steam Railway station at Kidderminster is kept as it was in it's glory years, and is run by volunteers. Access to the platform is free and you can explore the signal boxes and museum on days when they are open and operated by volunteers. There is a fee to pay for riding on the steam trains.
