Rental bikes, Standup Paddleboards, kayaks and canoes. Rondo knows all the local trails and even teaches some classes (including for SUP). You can get maps here and some guidance.

Best to bike around Palisade. Especially if you are going to all the wineries. Uber/Lyft are also available.
