Excellent Mexican food - primarily seafood dishes. Chef and owner catered for Bush's under former restaurant (Siete Mares). Call ahead, as they have limited days/hours. See also their food truck!

Great Fresh fish Open only Friday and saturday Daily Sergios runs a food truck in town and opens his place for dining only on the weekends

Great local "hole in the wall". One of the best restaurants in Waco. And yes, Sergio still does the cooking. :)
