Cafe Zinho, a Portuguese restaurant, features fabulous seafood, for instance, an impeccable seafood stew. The lamb burger with caramelized onions and provolone was heavenly. The decor calls to mind a quaint Parisian café and encourages a relaxed atmosphere. (No loud music---perfect for conversation.) The menu is a la carte and features seasonal ingredients.
