Si l'on trouve à quelques minutes du Riad de nombreuses échoppes (épiceries, boulangerie, fruits,...), le marché central offre un très grand choix de produits, notamment un très beau marché aux poissons.

Construit au début du XXème siècle, le marché central, avec ses étals bien fournis en viandes et poissons, rappelle l'ambiance des halles des villes françaises
