Whole sale fruit and vegetable market. They have recently added a lot more stock so you can purchase most of the items you might need for your stay. Be careful crossing 3rd Avenue - the lights are pretty short for pedestrians and the visibility is low on the west side of the street - and do check all expiration dates on anything you buy.

Great hidden spot!! They always have fresh produce for very cheap. They cater to restaurants around the neighborhood.

Fruits and Veggies here are sold all night long at great prices. Lots of organic produce available. Check out the homemade middle-eastern salads, too.
