20 min walk or 5 min by car, lovely beach and park areas. Walk around to Takapuna from the Milford beach.

It is our second best beach with less events occurring but a really large park with volleyball courts and a large marina to stroll around and look at the boats. You can safely walk from takapuna to milford on the coastal wildlife walk around the beach and rocks and swimming holes.
