Wa Na Wari is an art collective housed in a Central District home as a beacon of Black arts and culture, a home for Black artists, and a statement against the displacement of African Americans from the historically Black Central District. All are welcome to their ongoing arts programming and community-building projects.

A neighborhood gallery and performance space for Black art. Check their website for information about what’s happening. You might be here for things like their annual Walk the Block event, which turns other neighborhood venues and private homes into spaces for art, music, dance, and community-building.
