The Silversteen Family was key to the development of Transylvania County. Their home has been restored and houses a senior activity center. The second floor is a museum recreating the family's lifestyle. Hours vary so check in advance of visiting.

Really great park for kids (or adults) complete with awesome playground, basketball/tennis courts, short trail, picnic tables, etc.

This is a beautiful house that has a new park for children to play outside. Also have a garden on the back and few trails (short).
