One of my childhood favorites, Puffy Muffin! Delicious food with an incredible bakery, all handmade cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, etc. made right inside of the restaurant and everything is reasonably priced. My personal favorite is their slice of strawberry cake. Try it! You’ll want the whole cake too take home!! This sweet, little place is located in the city of Brentwood, so about a 20 minute Uber ride and totally worth it. Please visit!!!

If headed south away from Nashville, this is one of my favorite bakeries. It used to be considered a tea room back in the day, but it has evolved over the past 30 years. I always get the chicken amarette which is a scoop of chicken salad, cranberry salad, small pimento sandwich, a couple of slices of poppy seed bread. Their quiches are great, too. Any dessert will be a good choice. These photos does not give it justice it is so much better.
