Guiso is a "jewel box of a restaurant" -- open since 2015 and getting more popular each year .. It's a small space, only a handful of tables, but its mix of Caribbean and Salvadorian cuisine offers great fish, vegetarian and meat options. This is elevated food, and v. delicious. OpenTable named it one of their top 100 Restaurants in America in 2019.

My favorite restaurant in Healdsburg. Tucked into a small dining room connected to the Raven Theater. The food is sublime, the ambiance cosy and charming. The service exceptional.
