Vico offers a modern take on the traditional cuisines of Tuscany and other regions of Italy in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We use the freshest meats, produce, and dairy from Hudson Valley farmers as well as artisanal cheeses and salumi imported from Italy. Our kitchen produces fresh, homemade pasta and fresh-baked focaccia daily, in addition to our scratch desserts. During the summer months we offer al fresco dining in our private garden, while our two working fireplaces provide fireside dining when the temperature drops. Closed : Tuesday and Wednesday
