It does have sea views from the side window and does not have a private balcony, you have use of Top Deck which has spectacular views. It has a single parking bay on the property. The crystal clear pool is for everyone to enjoy. The living area has a self catering kitchen, small oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. You are within walking distance to the beach
