Monthly Rentals in Thousand Oaks

I would like to thank Tim and April for being such great hosts. This is a great Airbnb and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Thousand Oaks area and beyond. Property was great, easy to find, clean, along with all amenities provided I couldn’t ask for anything more during my stay. Tim was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay making my time there a lot more pleasant. Location is great along with a friendly neighborhood. As stated previously I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks Tim and April for such a wonderful stay! Hopefully I will see you again!

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Had a wonderful time staying at Andrew‘s studio. Super peaceful and close to town, but also feels like you are tucked away. The layout is nice. As well as the communication was great. Our stay in Westlake Village was terrific!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.
