My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

The apartment building was very good as well as the apartment we stayed in. The location is very central within District 1 with Ben Than Market just minutes away as well as many other tourist spots

They were kind enough to allow us an early check in which was a huge relief as we arrived in Ho Chi Minh very early by night bus. The place is as described, responsive host . Highly recommend Thank you

This neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and has many great local restaurants. May not be in the heart of HCMC, but definitely a place to be if you want to be in a great local neighborhood. The hosts are very responsive and is one of the better hosts in the Airbnb community. The cleaning lady is awesome - the place is squeaky clean! Only has two rooms per floor so there is a good level of privacy. The elevators are fast. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower & tub. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and the hot water temperature is great! This Airbnb is tucked away in a alley way - so I did not hear much conversation, traffic noise, dogs, roosters, etc. during my stay. This is the only Airbnb that has a dual sliding glass door that separates the kitchen/bathroom and the bedroom. This is good for extra noise reduction! Only downside is the size of the LCD TV - it's way too small & unfortunately I am a huge movie buff.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

Great place, clean, and a very comfortable bed. It's worth noting that the elevator in this building can take a very long time, which is no fault of the Airbnb host of course.

Easy to check in, overall cleanliness and peaceful environment.The price was reasonable and the owner was quick to respond and helpful. Will consider staying again next time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I genuinely had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. The studio is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the calm surroundings made it super easy to unwind. Mr. Kim was a great host. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restful place to stay!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

A gem of a place within the trendy Thao Dien neighbourhood. The apartment has everything that was needed and was super quiet too which can be rare for Saigon. Strong WiFi, great shower pressure, AC and a fan, comfy bed, and a friendly and helpful host. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again next time I'm in Saigon.

This is my second time staying in Evolet's apartments. Once again it was a stellar stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and looks just like the pics. Evolet is always sweet and attentive. Responds immediately and is extremely helpful with your needs. The apt has tons of amenities and that makes it very easy to relax. Would stay again and recommend to anyone to stay and I'm very picky. Thank you for the consistent positive experiences.

We stayed in this room for three months, and overall, it was a great experience. The room is comfortable, with a nice private environment. The host is incredibly friendly and always responsive, making sure all our needs were met. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The only downside was the frequent false fire alarms in the building, which were a bit disruptive. However, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay here.”

The unit was very clean with lots of sunlight. Good location in Thao Dien near a lot of restaurants and shops and was also close to the river. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms didn't have great sound insulation but overall not a huge deal. I would recommend staying here.
