Vacation rentals with a patio in Thunder Bay District

Very responsive host. Brad went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a comfortable one.

The building is old, but in good condition and clean inside. Parking place is at the back of the house. The apartment is upstairs, and as described, there really is a flight of stairs to access the unit and the bedroom. If you are visiting during the hot summer, be prepared for hot rooms - no A/C, just a floor fan in each room. As mentioned in some previous reviews - very limited outlets, so if you want to charge your phone in the bedroom, you have to unplug the lamp or the fan. Ryan's place was a great choice for me and my family as it allowed us to enjoy walking the boulevard and Marina Park of Thunder Bay. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store (Freshco) and LCBO. Both hosts (Ryan and Alicia) were friendly and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

Leslie accommodated me very well and made sure I had everything I needed! Loved the place great views I would def come back again!

Had all the necessities, kitchen was well stocked, good linens, very clean. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly.

Kate’s suite was absolute perfect!! My 2 dogs and I are on a cross country drive so we only stayed one night. I would love to stay longer and enjoy the nearby beach and trail. The suite was exactly as described and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Maria’s. It had everything we needed. Showers were great l, beds were very comfortable and the towels were amazing. Our only complaint would be the pillows weren’t very good. Too soft.

My family (me, husband, and three children) stayed for the weekend. We really enjoyed the home. It was well suited to our needs. As specified in the description, we made sure the children did not play in the basement but we did use the sauna as well as the laundry facilities. The snow was melting as it is spring time and there was quite a bit of animal feces in the yard. Considering it was Easter weekend we did a quick egg hunt for our children in the back yard and that is when we noticed. Our children played mostly on the deck or in the front Upon check out we were sure to follow the instructions and messaged our host to notify our departure. We were surprised, however, to receive a message from the host accusing us of bringing a dog into the home. We do own a dark haired Irish wolfhound who stays home and is mainly an outdoor dog. We always get him a sitter when we travel as he is too big to travel with. I would suggest the host install a front door camera to avoid these issues

Went to ThunderBay for work and found Bianca's and RoseMarie's Villa on Airbnb. The villa is a very nice renovated and super clean place. I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa, it had everything I needed for the month i stayed there. The owners always verified if we had everything we need and making sure we were well set up. I will definitely rent it again in the near future.

What a fabulous home, with exceptional furnishings, personal touches and so well equipped. This felt like a spa getaway. Can’t recommend this spot enough!!

Spacious, clean, modern condo with ample room for everyone to spread out and lounge around. Condo is on a quiet residential street but conveniently within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. We’ll keep the address in mind for the next time we come to TBay.

Close to a lot of amenities downtown/the waterfront. The street was quiet, place was easy to access and I felt right at home! Great value for the stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone
