The apartment is centrally located 2 minutes from the lake. It is located in the middle of the sights of Steckborn, everything is within walking distance. About 10 minutes on foot is the lido of Steckborn, the Coop and other shopping opportunities. Parking is a 1-minute walk away, but costs 10.- in the day others are at the train station about a 10-minute walk for 5.- in the day. Jörg was very helpful and always responded. I had a fantastic week at Toni's place in Switzerland – this was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had so far! Toni is an incredibly likeable and attentive host who kept asking if everything was okay without being intrusive. They immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The room was super cozy with a very comfy bed, and the apartment overall is simply beautiful – stylishly decorated, extremely clean and in an absolutely quiet location. The highlight for me was the terrace – a real dream and perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend staying with Toni. If you are looking for a personal, warm accommodation with a feel-good factor, this is the place to be. Thank you Toni – I'd love to come back!

Cheerful apartment with separate entrance, located under the house of Bernadette and Daniel, two great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but has absolutely everything you need. It has a washing machine, kitchen, oven, even massage chair (ideal for when you return from long walks) and a sauna (we don't use it since we went in summer, but it's definitely a plus if you go in winter). The location is optimal for touring several of the beautiful places in the area. I definitely recommend the place. We had privacy at all times and Bernadette and Daniel cared that our stay was great!

it was the second time we were guests of the friendly Patrick and his girlfriend. the apartment is beautiful; the view great. lovely beds, nice sofa, nice bathroom and kitchen. do you really want to use the kitchen during your stay, please note that there is little cooking utensils. we knew this from the last time and had brought some stuff from home. Cleaning could be better, but the entire apartment, the fantastic view, the location and tranquility and the friendly hosts will make all this more than good for us! We will definitely be back next year!

Benji is extremely welcoming and kind. He was very responsive when we needed to get in touch with him for whatever reason. The place was just as described and very clean and tidy. Overall we had a great stay.
