My Studio Apartment has a river view in a quite Cul De Sac Street. It has a separate sleeping area. My apartment is on the second floor but short flight of steps. Close to Grays station and local amenities. It is a 10 minutes drive to the popular Lakeside Shopping Centre. The studio is close to 2 Golf Courses, tennis courts, various restaurants and Grays beach. People of all race types are welcome. Casual fishing right behind my Flat is also possible. You can take quiet walks along the river.

Cosy flat behind a Creek/ Beach in Grays

Cozy flat with some unique features, it is literally 1-2 minutes walk to the beach riverside park where there are so many activities like golf, a cafe, different ball sports court like basketball, you have the kids area like baby play, toddlers, monkey climbing frames, enjoy sand and water. Flat is not too far from the train station which takes you straight into London. You also have lakeside shopping complex not far away, the flat is close to major super markets as well as a few local shops.
