Was pretty good overall. The place was clean, they left soap which was great since we needed to wash some stuff, Its a really good condo to stay near San Jose

This was a lovely stay in a luxury building with amenities. The shades are completely block out the sun.

Probably the best AirBNB I’ve been in. Good gym + awesome swimming lanes (25m). Great views. More amenities than most people have at their homes. Great all around. Make sure to go on some of their trips - they are great.

This was our second stay at Alberto’s. We love the location - close to restaurants, train and groceries. The condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood very safe. We will stay here again if it is available when we are back.

Alan is an excellent person who was always very attentive to our needs. Very comfortable place, good area with surveillance. We needed to leave our bags to check out a little later and he gave us an excellent treatment so we could do our scheduled tour and pick up our luggage after it. He gives a very warm treat to his guests and is a host of 100. Alan takes care that the house is clean, with a pleasant smell and taking care that one is as comfortable as possible. We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

The host was very responsive in her communications and the placed fit the descriptions and photos. Looked even better in person. The housekeepers were very friendly and accomodating to our needs, though the house had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend this place. There is a food mart right down the road, walking distance for food and drinks. The streets were walkable and felt very safe.

It's a very nice apartment, the amenities of the complex made my son's stay and mine much more comfortable.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in the Nucleo- nice and convenient since it is on the same floor as the bridge to the parking garage.

The apartment is super quiet and has a 10/10 construction quality. The amenities on the terrace are like a 5-star hotel Esteban is a great host, he even went to measure the noise before completing my reservation to ensure there was no noise (I'm a maniac about that). That's getting involved! Thank you so much! The house had all the utensils, and also in my case there was oil, salt, etc. and all that stuff you don't want to go out and buy for a short stay. Comfortable bed It's neither hot nor cold. I have nothing negative to say or suggestions for improvement because the truth is I really didn't find any problems! I'll be back

My stay at Mario's apartment was excellent. The place is very comfortable, well-equipped and in an excellent area. Mario is a very friendly host and always attentive to any need. Definitely a great option to stay. 100% recommended!

It's a spectacular apartment, in a new and very conveniently located condominium. Perfect to start your journey in Costa Rica. The condominium pool is exceptional and even though it was a passing stay, I would have been happy to stay a week. It has a Walmart just a few steps away and was perfect for stocking up and buying everything you forgot at home. The best part was the proximity to the bus station from where our bus to La Fortuna departed😊. Very good choice ✨ and grateful for Damaris' attention and helpfulness. Always attentive to whatever you need

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.
