Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Located between Passau and the Bavarian Forest and on the Danube-Ilz cycle path, we present our new apartment. With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. Whether a visit to the beautiful baroque city of Passau, extended hikes or a cozy break with the family - you will surely feel comfortable. We look forward to seeing you!
