Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

The strong point of the apartment is its original character, not to mention its bright and functional side. Located in the old mill, this gives it a subtle blend of authenticity and contemporary. Close to shops and the supermarket, all within walking distance. You can stroll past the stalls of local producers at the markets of Ivry-la-Bataille and Ézy-sur-Eure.
