On the ground floor, equipped with a large kitchen-living area, double bedroom with canopy bed plus a single bed, with the possibility of a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

A loft, inside a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
