Vacation rentals in Timmins

Nice place in the basement of their home. Very roomy. Only bathroom is upstairs but that was no issue for us. Very quick to respond and was flexible with check it time which made it even easier for us :)

Everything was as advertised, clean neat and organized. Anthea was quick and pleasant and clear in all of her responses to my messages. There were even some extra things left there for our convenience . I may need to return to Timmins and would absolutely stay here again if available.

Had an excellent stay! Cozy private space for couples & their pet or a couple with a baby and would prefer a private space over a hotel. Very close to downtown and 2 mins from Terry Fox walking trail, our dog loved it tremendously. Located off Pine Street which is fairly busy for traffic (especially during March and snow removal time) but our street was fairly quiet and we felt very safe. 3 min walk from a variety store and local take out food which was delicious. Thank you Fereshte for everything, she was very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She expected the weather conditions and left us a shovel and salt for our own maintenance in between her scheduled maintenance. Overall, we would go back and highly recommended it to our family and friends for future visits to the city.

I really enjoyed my stay with Yvonne, she is very sweet and accommodating. Yvonne made sure to check in to see if we needed anything, which we didn’t as she provided most everything one would need. The Airbnb was very clean and quiet, and is conveniently situated right next to a corner variety store. I found it to be better than most hotels / motels around considering the price and amenities provided. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, as well as stay here again in the future.

Sanni's was as beautiful as described. I had never done an Airbnb this was a great first experience for us newbies, we were there for a hockey tournament the best decision we could of done, very lucky to have found Sanni's place. Very relaxing, very clean, everything we needed and more was available to us. We do plan on going back again . Thank you

This is amazing place to stay the house is very easy to find very quiet neighborhood and a very clean place The host are extremely nice and helpful and caring. This has been one of my best stays at a Airbnb so far since i started traveling for work I highly recommend staying here

Just one room was not very comfortable.
