The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall takes about 20 minutes.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Cottage (about 55 sqm) on the host's property. Linen, towels and cleaning is included in price. 50 meters to the sea and a nice beach. It is possible to use a charging post for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can draw a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin.
