Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the Medieval church on the largest mound in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area, the endless polders and the bird (spot) rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worth it!

Near the city of Groningen (17 km, 28 min by car, 36 minutes by public transportation) by the village of Winsum, is located this cozy chalet with a view of the countryside. The Chalet is well equipped (real bed/kitchen/Shower/wood burning stove/Wifi) and provide with a spacious terrace. If you want you can get eggs from our own chickens. In this beautiful former town hall from 1896, the second and third floors have been attractively converted into an Airbnb. The large windows in the high spaces make it bright and sunny. The property is located in the center of the cozy village of Eenrum, 50 meters away from the supermarket, bakery and bar/cafeteria. In the bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. For babies, a camping bed can be added if necessary.

Many amenities within walking distance, such as AH, cafes and eateries. The train station and the winsumerdiep are also within walking distance. The house is suitable for 1 to 5 people. There are 2 terraces. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible when booking from 3 people.

Enjoy our cozy tiny house on the space near our farm with horses and our other animals. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
