Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!

Come away to our pet-friendly, hidden haven along the Indian River. This adorable tiny house with covered patio, rests in a private, tropical glade in back of our one acre property. Kayaks, bikes, and beach gear are all included! You’ll feel the quiet energy of “Old Florida” here, with the breeze coming off the river and the hammock calling your name. *A photo ID is required to book.

Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.
