Hotel vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

Affordable accommodation with friendly hosts, daily housekeeping, about 10 minutes to the beach and inexpensive restaurants in the area, many sports channels on TV, kitchen is well equipped, but hardly used. As a negative point, the mattresses are quite soft and you can hear the neighbors quite strongly when the door is opened/locked in the morning, for example. So no sleeping oasis. Except for the two aspects, you can recommend it quite well.

Great welcome, bright and clean accommodation. Complies with photos. Free parking right in front. Restaurants and beach close by. If we were to come back to Budva we will come back to this place for sure. Recommended +++

Rested in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

the most beautiful place to stay in Montenegro for vacation or different reasons. Yury, his brother and other staff members were excellent hosts and made us feel at home. Every detail was thought out and every comfort was provided. The rooms were spotless and the area was very good. The garden is very nice to spend time. I will not look for another place from now on for the budva where I need to go for work. Thank you very much for everything. Yury is a great host.

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)
