Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with a private location alongside a nature reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – a double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has a combustion stove and shower. In the living room there is a TV and exit to the spacious terrace. The house was renovated in the spring of 2020.

House has a cozy partially fenced garden and a parking on the grounds. Close to additional free parking. Open fireplace and air heating is available if needed. You are renting the whole property.

Welcome to wonderful Ödsmålsmosse, here you have both forest and sea. The house with associated Attefallshus has a lovely garden where you can enjoy. On the lawn there is room for classic summer activities, there is also a trampoline for those who wish. During the right season, it is perfect forest for picking berries and mushrooms. For those who wish to bake a rhubarb pie, just pick in the garden, the same goes for the fresh herbs for dinner. The house has a large porch of about 70 sqm.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

Private house 70 meters from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is 70 m from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and walk down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely rocks with trampoline. 5 minutes walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a calm that is unbeatable. Yet there are amenities such as ICA store, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky, you come across mufflon sheep on the way.

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
