Vacation rentals with lake access in Tjörn Municipality

We rented this place for a weekend in December with the whole family to celebrate my dad who turned 60. An incredibly nice house located right next to the sea. Flexible check-in and check-out and easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely like to come back here again!

Great house. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Location was great, with lots to see in the area while still being quiet. The trampoline was a hit with the kids.

Great place to stay for a family summer vacation. The sea can be reached in five minutes. There is a swimming spot with a diving board. Ideal location for hiking on Marstrandsön, Kuön and close to the ferry to Dyrön. Gothenburg can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Huge sun terrace with comfortable furniture, in-house mountain with a view to the bay. Very spacious house, but no proper separation between the two bedrooms. Somewhat noisy. The path to the bathroom leads from the bedroom through the children's room. Not bad, but you should know. Very nice and helpful host. Overall, please come back anytime.

We LOVED our stay at Eva and Tommy’s!! Our hosts made us feel most welcomed from the first seconds (thank you so much for homemade goodies and tips!); the apartment was simply astonishing (extremely clean and cosy) and so was the view (wow!). We enjoyed every second of our trip to Tjön and will come back for sure! Highly recommend!

It is a gorgeous, idyllically located cottage. Great is also the separate sleeping cottage and the three sunny terraces as well as the view from your own rock. Great newly renovated bathroom. Barbro was accessible throughout and always very friendly. We would come back!

Excellent, very good and tastefully decorated, cozy house. Very well equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. Everything matched the description. Beautiful swimming coves within walking distance. Very nice excursions by bicycle are also possible.

We had great days at Sanna's beautiful house by the sea! We will be back! Something we were missing was a railing on the stairs between the above and downstairs. Everything else we experienced as great!

We spent 2 nights at Marie's in the charming little village where she lives. The accommodation was perfectly clean, perfect for 2 people and a dog!! Right in front of the sea, wooden terrace and ladder for morning bathing as many Swedes do. The place is very quiet, bikes are kindly loaned. Very nice coast and a great fishmonger in the village next door. A bottle of chilled white wine upon arrival. And Marie's kindness! Perfect for a short stay on the island!

We stayed here for 4 days with our 2-year-old son while visiting Liseberg and generally exploring Gothenburg. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a family, and exactly as described. Robert and Pernille are great hosts who provided all the information we needed and were helpful about things we needed for our toddler (e.g. travel cot). The location is very peaceful with the 18 bus right by which goes direct to Korsvägen (for the airport bus, Universeum and big supermarket ICA), Liseberg, and further into the city - very convenient! You can also walk easily from Korsvägen if you don't have lots of bags. We had a great time and hope to come back to Gothenburg one day and explore further afield! It's really a perfect city for toddlers with lots they can enjoy on top of all the fika, fish, and history for adults. Highly recommend this excellent value apartment.

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. It was so well equipped, spacious and had a lovely vibe that it ended up being a wonderful stay even though I wasn’t 100% well. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 nights at Catarina's place, we could have easily spent more time. The place was very clean and nice to be in. It was easy to get by bus to Gothenburg and with the car out to the archipelago. We enjoyed walking to the small bathing place, it was magical to swim there, both in the morning and at sunset. It was quiet everywhere. We really hope to return. We can highly recommend the place.

We stayed at Lottas and Johans place with 5 adults and it was perfect. You can comfortably sit on the kitchen table with 5 people and also the 2 bedrooms were big enough for 5. The bed and lines were clean and comfy. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quite, you easily reach the City center by bus that goes every 5 minutes. The bathroom is very small, but we got along quite well. We absolutely recommend this place. Tack så jättemycket!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Håkan's place. The apartment and the surrounding area were even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the essentials and exudes a charming, cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights for us was the stunning view of the garden and the forest. We were lucky enough to spot some deer during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. There’s a lovely footpath leading to a private beach, and if you prefer a larger sandy beach, it’s just a short 200-meter walk through the forest. From there, you can also stroll into town if you’re up for a little walk. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this very cozy and comfortable cabin. The cabin is placed in beautiful, quiet surroundings close to the woods and to the sea. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Fredrik is a very friendly and helpful host, and the neighbors are friendly, too. We will definitely recommend it.

Unforgettable experience !

Cozy apartment in basement in authentic rural Orust environment. A fire warmed us when we arrived after a long journey and the beds were soft and comfortable overnight.

Very nice little accommodation in an incredibly nice environment! Great host couple who were quick to respond and were nice and very accommodating! Nothing to complain about at all that lowers the rating but some things to know! The mattresses in the bed (if you pull it out and sleep two there) are quite thin so the spoons feel through some - probably ok for some, pretty much onas if you are sensitive to things like that (or pregnant like me😅) The cottage is small. There is no problem overall except that it is not possible to sit at the table if the bed is pulled out - so either you can make it up or be ok with sitting and eating in the bed ☺️ The door to the toilet is very slow and we never dared to fully close. Not a problem for us as comfortably married couple, but again maybe something that some people felt uncomfortable with! The cottage is located in the family garden. Nothing that we had any concern with at all as the family was never out while we were there, but no really private location. But overall a great place to stay!

We stayed in this fantastic house for a total of 7 weeks and actually we wanted to stay longer! We are far from finished. The house has all the comforts and feels like a second home. The area is beautiful: soothing, yet close to all amenities and a short distance from Gothenburg and the airport. An ideal location! We would love to come back here.
