Everything as in the photo is very good, I loved it

It is cozy and has everything we need to make a great stay. The air and the belongings work great. The bed is comfortable and has utensils in the kitchen to make up if you want in the kitchen. It has a terrace area with hammock and the area is quiet. Marchi is usually quick to answer any questions. I would stay again!

Excellent stay as usual. I have stayed several times at Miguel's listing and when I'm in the area he is the first person that comes to my mind when looking for a cozy, clean, and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

the host was super responsive and did a great welcome for us to get to know the house as well as the neighborhood. He gave us great recommendations and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house has some small things to get used to like the shower but the host explains it all very well. He also provided small snacks and refreshments which made it feel more like home.

Room was beautifully set up for your needs. Rene was attentive for any questions we had. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

Great little house for our short stay in Puerto Rico! Julie was very responsive to any questions I had — we had a little difficulty finding it at first, but she sent a pin right away after I sent a chat to her. Also had recommendations with any local questions we had! Property was beautiful and well maintained. The main rooms don’t have central A/C, but the bedrooms do and kept the rest of the house pretty cool. Little noisy with the roosters in the morning, so if you’re a light sleeper that might be something to keep in mind. Otherwise, peaceful day and night, and everything was nice and clean. Would love to stay here again, and pretty close access to the rest of PR!

Juan and Jerymar were excellent and responsive hosts during our stay in Puerto Rico. Many of the amenities they had came handy on our trip especially for the beach (beach towels, chairs, tent, cooler). The rooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5) were more than enough space to accommodate the five of us. The pool in the back was a nice touch to cool off at the end of a day of festivities. It was also nice having a dedicated parking space for peace of mind. One issue was the sound of roosters next door (which may just be an Island norm tbh but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds). Also, the linens (shower curtains/sheets) could use some upgrading. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I think this is a great location if you want to be away from busier areas and would like privacy. Not a lot to do in the area. For reference it’s 7 min to casa Bacardi, 25 min to the airport SJU and about 27 min from Old San Juan. I highly recommend a rental car for convenience.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Hosts - the hostesses were very responsive and communicative. Any issues were answered promptly. Understanding and helpful. Directions - we went in two separate cars, the map link provided led us to a house like 3-4 doors down. The pictures helped us figure out which house it was. Also it's the only 2-story house on that street. BnB - AC was helpful, but much to my surprise the was cooler than expected. At some points, not all the ACs were on and 1 ceiling fan was the only thing on on the first floor. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and a plethora of seasonings. 2.5 baths were convenient for a 7-person group. The pool was a good add to the hot days. No issues. No bugs. Location - for us, everything we wanted to do was 30-60 mins east or west of the BnB. Main highways were about 5-7 min drive. It's an island, so places were fairly easy to get to. Eats - there were lots of mom and pop restaurants in the area. Recommend to try them our or use the host's guidebook.

Adorable and charming apartment in the heart of Old San Juan! Great location, everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing - great communication before, during and after. They even left us a 6 pack of the local beer! Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody.

Great condo for a group of friends or big family. Lots of beds, bathrooms are really nice. Nice view of ocean from porch. Walking distance to two really good restaurants. Beach isn't one to sit and relax at when we went but good view. Great instructions and very clean.

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Alejandro’s place was 5min walking distance to the Placita, 13min to Condado beach, 10-12min to Walgreens and Walmart w flexible hours. Lots of good eats around the condo and renovated as described I was so pleased to see the place looked just like the pictures. We only experienced couple of hours of no power and Alejandro helped ease my worries by answering all my questions and letting me know where the battery operated lights were. Also, two of the lights he provided had usb ports which really helped bc I did not want to be w low battery or no phone battery at all. He was super well prepared and once the lights came back on they never went off again I’d def stay at his place again I felt safe and sound in the condo and he had everything you can think of. For example it rained one of the days we were there and there was a couple of umbrella options from us to choose from you can tell he thought of everything from the decor to amenities he provides.
